GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

This section contains the general conditions of sale applied for purchases in the online store of the company Time Rivestimenti Srl. With headquarters in Via Musone, 20 in Pescara 65129. Province of Pescara. VAT number 00902510684.

We inform our customers that these General Conditions are the only ones that can be applied and replace all the other express and written conditions. It is advisable to read the entire document before making purchases on the site. The following conditions are accepted by the Customer without any exclusion in the exact moment in which the order operation is carried out on the site.

Purchase mode

1. The Customer can only purchase the items in the electronic catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at www.timerivestimenti.it as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of an article may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color, size and accessory items in the figure.
2. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Time Coverings by an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain date and time of execution of the order and a ‘Customer Order Number’, to be used in any further communication with Time Coatings. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the procedures described in this document.
   In the event that the goods are not completely available, you will be contacted.

Customer orders are satisfied within the limits of the quantity of products available. In the event that the ordered product is not available, Time Rivestimenti undertakes to contact the Customer by e-mail within 15 days from the date of the order to inform him of the time necessary for the delivery of the ordered product. In the event that the unavailability of the product is due to a definitive cessation of the production of the same by the manufacturer, Time Rivestimenti can offer the customer a product of equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, Time Rivestimenti will refund the unavailable product.

Prices

The sales prices indicated on the Website do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs are always charged to customers and are invoiced at the end of the order as a supplement to the selected products.

Time Rivestimenti srl reserves the right to change prices at any time, but undertakes to the same extent to apply the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is placed.

Terms of payment

The payment methods provided by the store are:

• Credit Card (Stripe method): Stripe is an external platform for online payments that allows your e-commerce to accept payments by debit card, credit card or credit card. It’s a safe and fast solution: payments are processed virtually instantly.
• Payment by bank transfer in advance: In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, what ordered by the customer will be kept busy until receipt of proof of bank transfer, to be sent to the addresses communicated at the time of confirmation of the order by fax or e-mail within and no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.

Delivery methods

Time Rivestimenti uses, for deliveries in Italy and abroad, express couriers or Poste Italiane. Delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours from the time of arrival. What to do at the time of delivery:

1. Verify the integrity of the package.
2. Only in the eventuality of external material damage of the packaging and / or product due to transport, the order must be accepted by affixing, on the courier’s waybill, the words “I accept with circumstantial reserve” and a detailed description of the visible damage on the outside of the box (example: “wet neck”, “open neck”, etc.) followed by your signature. In the next 48 hours, send an e-mail to info@timerivestimenti.it describing the incident and indicating the shipping references. Otherwise, any refund request concerning such damages will be automatically refused.
3. In case no problems are found, accept the delivery.
   In the event that the products have to be sent back by the Customers, the latter must proceed to send them back within 48 hours from the delivery date, sending them to the following address Time Rivestimenti Srl, Via Musone, 20, 65129 Pescara Italy.

To allow Time Rivestimenti snc to contact them in case of need, Customers are asked to indicate:

• an active e-mail address,
• a landline number.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs in Italy

It starts from a single fare € 6.90 (Italy) and depending on the amount of goods, from the volume the program calculates the exact fare.

For shipments abroad the cost depends on the country and weight. You will be notified via e-mail after weighing the goods.

Online resolution of consumer disputes

The consumer residing in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to and / or deriving from contracts for the sale of goods and services stipulated on the network. The absence of such data involves the automatic cancellation of the order. The registration to the Site involves the obligation to provide personal information truthful and sincere. The communication of false information is contrary to what is established by the present General Conditions and the Site Use Conditions.

Customers have a permanent right to access and modify their personal data, as provided for by the European standards currently in force (Article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978). At any time Customers can send a request to Time Coatings to verify exactly what and how much personal data have been stored (access is strictly reserved to their personal data). Your data can be changed on simple request. Promotional e-mails containing offers, exclusivity and news will be sent to customers. Customers have the possibility to request the termination of the sending of these e-mails.

Time Rivestimenti is the only company that holds the personal data of its customers. Only Time Coatings is authorized to send promotional e-mails to customers and only in the context of well-defined commercial operations.
